Habitats

Every organism has particular living conditions that they need in order to survive. Every organism has a preferred environment which the species will populate. For example, certain plants such as moss live on rocks and in damp areas, however other plants like trees and shrubbery live in dry areas. The species has evolved to adapt and live in the certain habitat which it can survive in. The area where an organism resides is called a habitat. The organism's specific habitat is where the organism will spend most of its life at. The images shown below are possible habitats where organisms could reside.
